Compensation:
Your monthly gross salary will be INR 25,000.00 , payable directly to your provided bank account. Termination and Notice Period:

Remotely (Work From Home)

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive, your responsibilities will include:

◊ Providing comprehensive customer care support.
◊ Handling customer service inquiries efficiently and effectively.
◊ Troubleshooting customer issues and providing appropriate assistance.
◊ Managing 30-50 inbound customer calls daily.
◊ Reporting progress and relevant information to your manager.
◊ Enrolling new customers and facilitating service upgrades.

Job Timings:

Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed days off. Both day and night shifts are available, and your daily shift will be 9 hours, inclusive of a 1-hour break.

Requirements:
