Terms and Conditions for (Quick Remote Jobs)
These terms and conditions govern the use and provision of services offered by Flexi Home Jobs. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.
Services: The Company provides website design, games development, software development and digital marketing services. The scope of each project will be determined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, and patents associated with the services provided by the Company shall remain the property of the Company.
Confidentiality: The Company shall take reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the client. Any confidential information shared by the client shall be kept strictly confidential by the Company.
Third-Party Services: The Company may engage third-party suppliers or subcontractors to provide certain services. The Company shall ensure that any third party engaged complies with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Payment: The client agrees to pay the Company the fees as specified in the project agreement or statement of work. Payment terms and schedule shall be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party is in breach of any material obligation and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving notice.
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company’s headquarters are located.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter covered and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
